I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
I obtained an undergraduate business degree, BS, from Niagara University and two advanced business degrees- an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MS in Taxation from Seton Hall University. Currently, I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSPCA).
I have spent over 20 years working for some of the largest Military Defense Companies in the US- ITT, Lear Siegler, Allied Signal, and Lockheed Martin. At these companies, I had a very successful career by holding progressively senior financial positions. Nine years at Allied Signal, I was responsible for the profitability of a $150M business segment, which designed and manufactured state-of-the-art cockpit displays for military aircraft. At Lockheed Martin, I was responsible for the profitability of a $200M Information Technology program. In these senior positions, I had purview overall financial aspects, which included cash flow, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventories, strategic plans, financial statement preparation and also Information Systems.
